DRAG RACE! Dodge RAM 1500 TRX vs Audi RSQ8

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your Pilot speaking with another special episode for you. This time between the heavy weights, the RAM TRX 1500 producing 712 HP from it's 6.2 L Supercharged Hemi V8 against the smaller and more nimble Audi RS Q8 with 600HP from it's 4.0 L Twin Turbo V8.
2900 kgs for the TRX against 2400 for the Audi and no launch control to make it as interesting as it gets. Are you ready? Let's go!

I owned an RSQ8, and if you have it in RS mode and floor the brake and gas for your launch, you can easily hit 0-60 in 3.6 to 3.7 seconds.

I find it hard to believe the difference between the first race was .2 second, the cars were literally neck & neck at the finish.

The fact that a 6500 pound Baja truck makes you Audi owners nervous is pretty hilarious.
The TRX was not build for the drag strip and yet it can take an Audi RSQ8 off the line. One vehicle was built for the track and the other for the dirt. Hmmm.
Since we're comparing apples to oranges, let's see the TRX vs Audi RSQ8 on a Baja circuit.

The QRS8 got a launch control for shure. Just bring it RS mode, turn ESP and traction control off and than press the brakes and floor it. Then you only release the brakes and then learn to fly

If you got over 4sec to 60 with the TRX you did something wrong most will do 0 to 60 in 3.6 to 3.9 without launch control

The only thing one needs to do when drag racing at auto is to start on time which the person in the Ram didn't manage to do for both races, more so the second run.
