Hi Helen … thank you for your lovely video! … I think the mystery sheep might be Angora goats maybe?

WOW! That sock yarn was amazing. Such beautiful colours of yarn it would be so hard to choose from. Looking forward to seeing what you make with it. Phil's walk looked lovely too!

Hi Helen. I'm so glad you enjoyed Wonderwool. It was lovely to meet you too. I watched your video of the stalls with interest as I'm sure I must have missed some of them out out! There is usually a big marquee and various food outlets outside at the very back of Hall 2. I didn't use them this year as I took my own lunch. Several people have commented about how slow the tea/coffee vendors were. The lady who commentated the Sheep Walk is the daughter of the lady on the right in the photo of the Gansey Project. I'm not sure if she's the author, but she's always at Wonderwool. Thanks for the shout out. I love all your purchases. It is easy to become overwhelmed with so much choice. Xxx

Hi Helen, I thoroughly enjoyed coming along to Wonder Wool with you it would be a dream come true to visit but being such a long way from your side of the world I’ll have to be content to visiting from afar. I love all your purchases especially the hand stitched cottage and cloth book ❤I’ve also just watched your camper van trip to Wales video..what a beautiful part of the world, looking forward to part 2. Thanks for sharing, it’s so much fun hitching a ride with you 😊

That was so lovely! Aww, love all the sheep. I rather liked the ones you didn't have a name for. I am a lover of all farm animals.🤗

I wonder if in going to the show alone it gave you more time to focus on the people you met, new friends and vendors. No pressure to move on until you wanted to. It looks like you had a great time. And you were indeed sensible in restraining from buying all the yarn! You make a good point to use really nice wool for small projects, so you don't go broke buying a sweater quantity, but you can still enjoy the look and feel of it.
I would have bought from Katie, too. Love her illustrations. The vintage fabric creations were pretty. I liked your selections. Glad to see Pearl also got to squish some wool.

I definitely look forward to more from your trip to Wales.
Take care and see you next week🤗😊

Thank you, Helen, for the wonderful tour of Wonderwool Wales! I have read about it, but it is obviously much better than I imagined! The sheep were so sweet, I think your favorite breed is mine as well, with all of those curly locks. Glad you took Pearl along with you! How nice to meet up with your new friends. It would have been a thrill to meet Katie Green. Enjoyed seeing your "loot". Very fun! Bless Phil too.

Hello Helen. It was so lovely to meet you in person. Your video's are always fun and inspiring. Just like spending time with a friend.
Apparently this year, wonderwool had 6000 visitors. I love the little house and vintage linen book. I like to collect vintage embroidered tray cloths.
Hope you've had a nice bank holiday weekend. Xx

I’ve never been to a yarn show, so this was lovely. I don’t know how you resisted buying all the things! Lovely to meet some podcasters you watch and to meet a viewer of yours! 6 hours Helen, that is stamina, but I’m sure it went quickly. The sheep didn’t look particularly happy being penned up but I’m sure the enjoyed their freedom later. There is a breed with black faces and black legs that kind of bounce when they run - they’re extra cute 🐑 lol 🤗
