Anyone know why I'm getting errors in DSD+
I have a strong signal. I have all the settings right to the best of my knowledge. All help is highly appreciated.

I've had the same problem too and found out how to fix it. You have to adjust the output level in order for DSD Plus to clearly receive the signal through SDR Sharp (It can be found in the 'DSD Interface' section in SDR Sharp). You'll have to keep playing with it till it receives the signal the best. You also have to play with the volume slider on the top as well. I don't know if it's the same case as you, or people reading this comment, but it worked for me.

it's a control channel for a trunked system you can not decode it
