I told this story on another video with this song, but I'll tell it here anyways.

I streamed each session of this game to my friends, but had held off on beating this game after I got past the Wyvern. Eventually we got back to it and I streamed at every opportunity that I got, blazed through Chaos and slaughtered the Knight, and eventually we made it to Supreme.


Unlike the other boss songs, I had only heard the first half of I'm Here when I got to Supreme, but my expectations were set very high for it and they were met. I was already really hyped for Supreme and hyped myself up even more by singing (very loudly) during the fight. Once it got to the second verse I shut my trap and just fought the boss since I didn't know what was to be said next.


Eventually, I killed the boss and was so excited I somehow summoned the power to predict the next few lyrics. Everyone in the apartment had to hear me
*"STANDING THE WAY AHEAD'S BECOMIN' CLEEEAAAAR! ALL! A-!! -CROSS!!! THESE NEEEW FROOON-TIIII-IIIIEEERS~!!!!"*
Hype meter was off the charts, and I'm Here is now one of my favorites among weird "final boss but not really" songs alongside The Ruin from Starbound.




And then The End had to kill the mood.





And then One-Way Dream revived it again.
