Just a point of clarification. The AI isn't generating new art, it's blending existing art with your pictures. It does a good job of it, sure. But some of them even still have the original artists signature in the image. It's kinda sketchy if that's stolen art.

Once upon a time, ToS may have had some meaning, but those times have long since passed. For at least twenty years, I'd say, the answer to the question "What are they doing with my data?" should always be "Whatever they want." Supposed privacy laws and regulations like GDPR do nothing whatsoever to actually prevent data being stored, sold and used without any concern for your preferences. In fact, Apple probably has one of the worst and longest track records of utterly failing to secure their user's data, on top of however they actively mismanage it.
