As an RT student about to graduate: ABG!! No one said ABG! I was laughing at the PFT. PFTs are based on pt cooperation. This pt cannot do an FVC effectively. Love these! Keep it up!

If you already had an Echo, you could have made an Ultrassound of her leg. In Brazil we are able to close the diagnose of TE with a high positive predict value plus a DVT. I dont know if in EUA works this way, do it?

I was sick all month the misdiagnosed with pneumonia . I was prescribed a couph medicine to suppress the cough. However the following week I felt still very ill not able to get up for very long. They said I had a chronic bronchitis/pneumonia. I was given a antibiotic steroid in order to help and suppress the cough once again saying it is pneumonia. However I was instructed by my primary doctor to go to the hospital for more testing. I was then I am now on quarantine for the covid. What is your professional advice?
