This is what happens when you fuck around and find out he messed around and found out that all the good tuners mainly are in North Carolina for certain things if you want a 6-second car the remote Tunes PD is our guy up here he is very well known on the east coast in North Carolina where he's from all my buddies up here that are running really low numbers 9 times out of 10 it came from him if it's from this area now don't get me wrong I know there's a lot of good tuners out there but Pete Pete has more experience than a lot of these new and upcoming tuners I've been around and turning seen for a very long time even before HP tuners and when you had to do it the hard way I started off in Hondas chipping in Stockton the ecu's to be able to get tuned
