i was at the concert yesterday and when i say the crowd went wild on them first couple notes, it would be a huge under exaggeration, he was unreal and had as much hold over the crowds now as when he did back then, i will never forget this amazing memory for as long as i live

My father raised me on Elton John's music. At around 5 years old, I was already listening to Elton. I am 14 now, and I am in love with his music. When my father told me he was going to take me to this concert, I was so excited, for this was my first concert, and It's Sir Elton John of course!!! I was so eager to see him play already. I spoke to my father and told him that I predict that Elton will open with Bennie and the Jets and close with Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. Sure enough I was right. When the concert ended, I headed back home with my father, we were blasting his music in the car. I am so grateful that this was my first concert, and I'm grateful for my father for giving me the opportunity to view this concert.

I am going to see him in almost 2 weeks, me and my mom already bought the tickets back in July, and I am excited to see him, my third major concert overall and my first one in 8 years! And the other 2 concerts I went to were in 2013 and 2014, and I saw OneRepublic those times, and they happened to be my favorite band those times, too.
