Workflow (Pipeline) is literally every step that you take from when a client becomes a lead or is onboarded into your practice, through the entire tax preparation process that you offer, all the way through that last touch point with your client to off-board them.
Stage is each step in Workflow that you can customize: submit tax organizer, signed contract (engagement letter), review documents, etc.
Jobs are projects you get paid for: 8879 for Bill Smith or 1040 for Acme Corp. Each Job needs to go through all Stages of Workflow before it's done.
Tasks are specific things you and your team need to do to move the project (Job) forward: file review, send quote, reconcile, etc.
