Sir you can change the preference according to page 66 3A of information brochure . Please don't spread wrong information.. I literally had my heart in my mouth.

(only who's family income is less than 8L)

As you all know that If you get seat through CAP(l/ll/lll) round then you don't have to pay any tution fees. It's like free!

Tution fees --0
Development fees- you have to pay

So I request you that while filling CAP 2/3 form please please give preference to normal seat first and then TFWS seat.

Coz If you get TFWS seat then also fees is same as above.

But If you take normal seat then that TFWS seat may be alloted to any other poor male candidate.

I request you all to please think about it.

I cant see freeze or betterment option. It is saying process is closed in seat acceptance status .Why is this and What should I do ?
