Says testing and case tracking need to be in yeah, that is the right answer. Now let's see how fast he folds to Trump. It will be months before we have surveillance testing in place and with 500, 000 cases, how can we ever home to do case tracking. This is what South Korea did so right. They had testing and case tracking in place when there were only hundreds of cases and kept on top of it. Once you are starting with 500, 000 cases, it is impossible to do case tracking.

congratulate to maryland governor. He made a swift decision like korean did. " There are no between thought!" I have been following the documentary and or interviews from day Korean people did not have time for second thought  during critical moment. They did instantly!
