Yes she is so amazing and kind. I wanted to relocate and leave tat unlucky place .but 5 years cudnt do.but Goddess Persephone and God Hades within 5 days changed my location and so Happy permanently I m leaving to my Home town. I think Persephone visited me in a dream last year. It’s still so vivid to this day. After that dream I learned how to draw so I could draw her a pomegranate and then I got a necklace that has a pomegranate on it (fake obvi but yeah). 🙂

I was able to get a statuette of Persephone delivered same day on the wolf moon. I gave her and Hecate both offerings of bonbons and I anointed her candle with lavender. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend working with her. She also likes working with me through the Garbage Pail Kids Tarot deck I bought recently.
Incidentally, homemade pomegranate and basil ice cream is amazing, but you really only need a couple of basil leaves per pint.

The story of Persephone is just slightly wrong. ITs Demeter that controls the plants. Persephone is her daughter, and when she descends into the underworld, Demeter heads into a melancholy, and stops caring for plants, which causes them to die.

Also, the kidnap storyline is only one version. The word "ravish" had different connotations. In the original Greek, it could also mean something like Hades celebrating as he came out on his chariot. I've also heard the story itself as a metaphor for death, hence Demeter being in a depression, as her daughter would basically be dead. Zues COULD raise her, but when she ate the Pomegranate seed, she became part of the underworld.

About the pomegranate, we don't know if she wanted to eat it or if she was tricked into eating it, so I'm not sure if I should put one on her alter. I don't want to disrespect her in any way.
