I think the NIkon perhaps looks less saturated and perhaps more true to life, whereas the Fuji seems a bit more saturated (this could come down to picture profiles selected, and if so, maybe try a neutral or flat profile on both for a better comparison). For example the greenery at 2:23 on the Fuji looks a bit too saturated and almost has a bit of a neon-ish look to it, whereas the Nikon is more subdued but still punchy green, just not overly saturated by the Fuji. If you're shooting RAW these are not huge issues as you can adjust color vibrance and saturation in post but I'd almost rather have a flatter image coming from the camera if I'm shooting RAW and add color later by hand, than have to dumb-down the color saturation in post.

The Nikon definitely has more of a flat (and more realistic colour profile) but then again it's difficult to understand here if a Fujifilm filter has been applied to the X-T30 or if it's RAW. I think you can also see a sharper image from the Nikon which for me is quite important.

Overall - I feel like the Fuji is better for out of the box pictures, but if you want / enjoy editing in post then the Nikon is better.

Color onto the X-t30 was being cranked up via menu. Z-Mount does have only 2 native DX Zoom Lenses yet, not a complete APS-C LineUp like Fuji X-Mount. With the Z fc, one does usually either way shoot always with the 16-50 Kitlens, or the 28/2.8 (SE), which is ~42mm in FF-terms. Everything else, does break the Retro Look.

I know this sounds weird, but hearing about the release of the Nikon zfc inspired me to purchase the Fuji xt30. Lol I knew I wanted to move into mirrorless, and preferred something that would bridge how I use film cameras and how I use digital, and research led me to take a chance on Fuji.

As a Fuji user, I still prefer the Fuji color. But I have seen other youtuber did pixel peeping and said Zfc is sharper
