Info about Cluckin' Bell:
Cluckin' Bell is a fast food restaurant chain specializing in chicken-based food products.
In GTA IV, it is a place for the player to regain health by eating food. However, the player can only buy a Fowl Burger for $1, which will fully restore the player's health.
Cluckin' Bell is also a favourite eating spot for Little Jacob and Dwayne Forge.
Cluck Norris is the chain's mascot.
The chain has four outlets throughout Liberty City and the State of Alderney:
1.) Burlesque, The Triangle, Liberty City
2.) Huntington Street, Cerveza Heights, Liberty City
3.) Corner of Wardite Street and Exeter Avenue, Northwood, Liberty City
4.) Corner of Babbage Drive and Cockerell Avenue, Berchem, Alderney
Only 1 and 2 are accessible and have the same interior. 3 and 4 are inaccessible.
The closed down Cluckin' Bell outlet in Algonquin is probably a reference to an infamous KFC/Taco Bell location in Manhattan which suffered a serious rodent infestation in early 2007.
Cluckin' Bell is most likely based on Taco Bell and KFC.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4) is the 2008 eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released worldwide to widespread hype on April 29, 2008. The PC version was released on December 3, 2008.
Grand Theft Auto IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, such as Brother, and its sequel, Brother 2, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.
Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
