Yes. In my opinion, Critical thinking is one of the best skills. We know that think properly or critically before doing. But how is it do...No idea.
So here we get a complete solution for that. If we get an argument, then we should evaluate the information and decide its value. Check any logical connection between the statements. Examine the sources and ask questions. Finally, make your own decision or find out. Waw... Super ❤

Indeed whenever you told about something you should run to believe it, or took it into granted, without looking to the backing evidence to that claim, specially it must be brought from reliable sources, which are well known, experts and have credential in the same search field.
Mustn't contain a biased assumption of any person, even if been an experts assumption.
Thanks for all.

Sad, that I learned more from this than my lecturers!😂 all they do is tell us to think critically but not how

It depends on what the person prefers (either coffee or tea). It is said that tea has a "long lasting affect", and that it dosen't have that spike in alertness then crash, unlike coffee [need evidence]. About the "long lasting affect", caffeine is the stimulant found in both of tea & coffee, thus, they would (in theory) have the same affect -because caffeine has the same half life in both products. But, it could be due to the way caffeine is stored in tea that gives it the "no spike-then crash" 'charastaristic', which allow for different method of absorption in the digestive systrm [need evidince].

May I link to your video for a grant project that I am doing for Texas A&M University, please? If so, how would you prefer it to be cited?
