I had to write and say how much I appreciate the speedier filming of the preparation of this delicious dish. So many online cooks film the whole process at an agonizingly slow clip, which is painful if you’re trying to get the basics and get to work making the dish. I swapped heavy cream for the milk to adhere to my keto lifestyle, but it is perfect for that. And since I wasn’t cooking for a crowd, I trimmed things down a bit. Incredibly easy and good!
