I find it charming that James, a trained chef, respects his friend's competency as a cook enough to not let his experience make him cocky. Kinda speaks to his character in a subtle way. Love all you guys, but I love James just a touch more

Jamie's dish is a perfect example of osmosis. He's been exposed to so many cheffy dishes, chef techniques, and just cooking alongside chefs for so long, he's starting to become cheffy himself.

This is what I went to culinary school for. I studied culinary nutrition. You should keep up with more of these as there are still people who don't realize you can make healthy food that tastes delicious. More and more chefs are moving in that direction and we need the home cooks to know this too.
