DJI Fly App Update v1.12.8 - With The DJI Mini 3 Pro

DJI gave us a significant update for the DJI Fly App recently. I also realized that I had not flown the DJI Mini 3 in a while, so I went to Julias Kleiner Park to fly the drone and update the DJI RC.

When I tried out the new 'Before You Fly' feature, I got Chinese maps also. But I assume this will get updated soon. The bigger font size is nice, I guess DJI figured out the medium age of their customers. Great video, thanks for sharing and get back inside a warm up, LOL.

Marcus, I was happy to see that 1.12.8 applied the changes to the Smart Controller and my Air 2S. I like the larger Txt and the before you fly options. I just wish DJI would include night vision and WayPoints for the Air 2S.

I can see the telemetry fine in standard text, but I do agree the larger size is better. I personally don't find much use for the now included B4Ufly app. Most times I check a location at home on my computer or cell phone. The transfer and service feature is a welcomed touch. Thanks Marcus.

In order to get to your location, you have to type it in the empty box where it shows (Where do you want to go).

Thanks for good info on the update. What can you tell us about the "Added support for automatically activating the US Remote ID only when the aircraft is used with an Intelligent Flight Battery Plus" that's part of this update?
