APMAs 2015: Trace Cyrus of Metro Station calls out All Time Low

In a strange turn of events, when Metro Station were brought to the stage to introduce PVRIS' performance, Trace Cyrus used the stage as a platform to call out the very band hosting the event.

"I don't know why All Time Low always has to talk shit on Metro Station," says Cyrus. "We've been nothing but nice to those guys, and it's so disrespectful when you're on tour with bands and they treat you disrespectful. It's ridiculous."

All Time Low later clarify that it's all in good fun:

I don't care that Trace felt disrespected, I care that he was unprofessional about it. How hard is it to just pull Jack and Alex aside backstage like "Hey, that wasn't cool. I didn't like that?" In these situations you WANT to be the bigger person.

I was unfortunate enough to see Metro station live...trace was so drunk he screamed at us for not supporting anything besides “shake it.” We were only there because they were playing Warped tour and were on the smallest stage which was in the arena that had AC, it was 100 degrees out...we needed to sit down. He got booed...no one watched...he yelled at people on their phones.

Really respect Trace for this. It’s sad that the winning team will get all the attention and the underdogs get no respect. Trace is a great guy and I think it’s pretty obvious to see, just wish everyone else could see that.
