Frankly this is one of the few movies which made me feel very emotional. It was a phase in life where work wise everything was quite busy, hardly any time for kids, my second born, son was growing up, but i hardly had time, naughty fellow, getting into silly accidents and injuring himself.. I saw this movie on a flight and when the son goes missing, something hit me hard. I went home and hugged my son, and today he is turned 13. I still go to his bed to see him sleep. We almost lost him when he was 6 months old and he stopped breathing. That scare of losing him or rather my time with him maybe made me clutch on to him more.

Wow the cinematography of this film! At the line “door ko paas bulaaye” it’s a shot of rani’s reflection walking away, shown in the mirror labeled “objects are closer than they appear” - so clever!

Ram Sampath is one of those gems that bollywood couldn't use wisely. This album is highly underrated 💕

This is a complete masterpeice.. Ram Sampath and Sona Mohapatra deserve all the praise but Ravindra Upadhyay has also fabulously sung it. His Sukhvinder-like voice texture is definitely under utilised in the industry.

" Mann ab tak Jo boojh naa paya....tum wo pehali ho" is the highlight of this song. This is my the favorite song from movie "Talaash" . The singers, literally gave masterpiece song to Bollywood and Indian music. This song has a mixed emotions of sadness, betrayals, loneliness, dejection and even after facing all this still at the end rooting for each other literally makes this song very special and hence there is a repeating cycle for this song.

Why, oh, why are songs like this always so short??!! Absolutely beautiful! The classical element melds with the modern effortlessly. I bought the movie for just this song.

This music 2:16 - 2:34 then this line 'Mann ab tak jo boojh na paya tum wo paheli ho koi na jaane kya wo rahasya hai jiski saheli ho' . This song haunted me for the above mentioned reason. These lines hints us about Kareena Kapoor's character in the movie. Then listen to lines sung by Sona Mohapatra after these lines you will sure get goosebumps.

Extremely well sang and shot song, Goosebumps, "Kab se na Aayi, Naino mein Nindiya...." that part feels so deep. I hope Bollywood brings back these kind of songs.

This is the result when Indian and Electronic music blends. The drums and beats you hear in this song are what essentially make the 'Drum&Bass' subgenre in Electronic Dance Music. Hats off to singers and composers for this absolutely beautiful Drum&Bass song! I absolutely love this song! <3
