I like the WH66 that I got for use with multiple apps, but for softphone, its super disappointing that I can't dial out from the WH66 touchscreen. When PC SoftPhone is set as the default dialer on the WH66 base station and RingCentral (desktop or phone) is set as the default softphone in Windows, dialing on the headset base touchscreen does nothing. That issue aside, the headset itself is quite nice.

I love my Yealink WH66 headset that I ordered from you a while ago... but, there's no Side Tone when connected to a Mac.

Dave --- I haven't seen you guys do a review of Broadcast Quality headsets yet (ex. Audio-Technica BPHS1 and the likes).. Could you perhaps come up with a review of these? and how it would do in a typical home office environment (coz I doubt companies would provide these anyway, for office use). Im interested with headsets having condenser mics - wanting to know more about these. Thanks! and as usual, you guys rock!
