This happens to my dad often. The solution is to lift the person from the back while wrapping your arms around their chest and pulling both of your fists gently in the middle of the persons upper stomach. You have to be careful not to press too hard on the persons rib cages. Pressing too hard could hurt the person or break their ribs depending on their age.
