MAKING PASTA WITH MY DAD

🔥Lentil Pasta🔥
Ingredients:
Whole peel San marzano tomatoes
Ditalini pasta
Garlic
Celery
Carrots
Yellow onions
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan

Instructions:
Cook the lentils till soft with enough water necessary for the amount of lentils used. Once the lentils are cooked, strain them out. Ina pan add in olive oil, the finely chopped celery, carrots onions, and garlic and cook for a few mins. Add in your lentils, add a cup of water, add a clove of garlic with the skin on, and bring to a boil. Then add your pasta. Cook and add water accordingly until the pasta is cooked. Finish with some parsley, parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil. That’s it! BUON APPETITO BETCH 🤌
