They should make it shimmer-able from the Enchanted Sword, and vice versa. It’d allow people to try it out if they can find the shimmer before getting something better, and would also allow unlucky people to still get the Zenith without having to create a new world

I've had this weapon for a while, I just set it in my collection, and a good money farm is a granite golem farm due to their fairly common drop of the Night Vision helmet

i knew the terragrim existed but i actually never found one in the 500 hours i have on terraria not once lmao

And it's based of of the extremely rare crissaegrim from the castlevania game symphony of the night. It looks and functions almost the exact same and has a 1/588 chance to be dropped by the shmoos in the forbidden library

back in my day you could get the arkhalis out of the shrines, but most of the time you would get nothing

I decided to do a true melee run on master mode and this weapon carried me through a good portion of it especially if you get items that allow for penetration damage

I remember having a meteorite land on a enchanted sword shrine spawn and it uncovered it so I ended up getting a free enchanted sword

First time I ever had an encounter with the enchanted shrine, I got an Arkhalis with a modifier "Superior." It was the most epic find I ever had, and a fascinating experience for it is very hard to get.

I stared a for the worthy master mode world the other week

I found the Terragrim on the first shrine, it definitely carried me through early pre-hard mode

Note: the terragrim can also be obtained by the princess on a blood moon
Easiest way to do is I recommend having a bloody tear have probably 20 gold and when it’s night use it and buy it
It’s mostly good on pre-hardmode brain - eater

Fun fact, the Arkhalis used to drop instead of the Terragrim, but was replaced by it in 1.4
The Arkhalis has a much higher DPS, which is probably why it was replaced(by the weaker Terragrim) and left to be dropped by expert mode boss bags instead of enchanted sword shrines.
