The fortnight music video explains this whole album.. Each lover compares her to a different IT girl. Clara Bow is her “conclusion” song on the album, she ties it all with a bow, she describes all the IT girls from how her lovers saw her. Clara Bow (Joe), Stevie Nicks (Matty Healy), and *gulp* Taylor Swift (Travis). 🥹

Doing experiments 🔬 on her like ‘Down Bad’. 8 spotlights when she’s electrocuted = folklore, on which all songs are lowercase except My Tears Ricochet, The Black Dog is just watching it happen. 7 cabinets = Lover? The song Fortnight suggests that there was some betrayal (or cheating) on both sides. Fortnight means a period of two weeks. Taylor says in the song that "my husband is cheating" which would mean it's about Joe, while Taylor fantasizes about her neighbour(Guilty as sin?) who is also in a relationship which would be Matty, this suggests that Joe did infact cheat while Taylor may or may not have cheated but she was in an affair with Matty for a short period hence the name "fortnight". Also Taylor's silhouette is from style which is on 1989, just when Matty and Taylor were thought to be dating.

OMG Swifties I’m so shook I just realized Taylor and Matt have history since 2014 he was her rebound after Joe but due to him using drugs they didn’t work out which we hear about in the song “ Black dog” (the dog in this video was symbolic of the title.)“Out of the slammer” is like the first part of their story which Taylor states once she was free (done with Joe) she CALLED/ RAN to him(Healy is played by Post Malone) and also in “Out of the slammer “As I said in my letters, now that I know better” (the paper symbolizes the letters throughout the video bringing them together before they actually reunited(touched)) so the music video to Fortnight is actually in reverse. The ending scene is the beginning of their doomed relationship (the running to him/phone booth) and her losing it without him is the end but notice she breaks out with a chair🧐well listen to “Alchemy” it’s about Trav the guy she is with now and she mentions the “hospital” (asylum) she left I was confused but now whoa🤯🙌🏾Not to mention she’s dressed as Clara Bow who went insane because of heartbreak ❤️‍🩹 While Post used to be the wild boy on drugs just like Healy so he himself was an Easter egg she left for us to find 🤩
