I invited on 4 graduates from the coding bootcamp, BrainStation, to share their experiences with the program - good and bad. Enjoy!

Sorry for the low quality. I used Riverside to record 3 episodes - all of which had audio or video issues. I ended up having the worst technical issues with this one but managed to salvage it.

I’m just wrapping up edX full stack coding bootcamp and about to be taking brain station next (both virtual - I’m not jumping from camp to comp lol it became available to me) I always find these videos fascinating.

The Ed X camp was is a great camp. It’s 6 booths. It’s 9 hours a week and moves fast. I went into it with ZERO experience. The career serves is terrible in my experience. You get 25 min sessions and each person messaged me like two weeks later telling me they were leaving the company so I never got past the “what we can do for you” conversation - which was nothing. Lol

It sounds like I took my Ed X bootcamp for granted because this sounds like a total horror story.

The assessment is a tiny bit of html, css and js. Very low bar to entry.

that's every boot camp you will usually put twice the amount especially if you are one of the top students.
