Crew Review: Saeco Royal Professional One-Touch

Saeco's newest iteration in their Royal series is the Professional One Touch, which features a much more updated case design and one-touch cappuccino functionality. Gail takes us through its story and then demonstrates making a cappuccino.

Oh yes, blends are definitely different! A roaster will devise several that can be used for espresso (stand up well to the pressure / temp) but that will have different beans involved and, therefore, produce a different cup. I really love Velton's Bonsai Blend, Gail is a big Lavazza Super Crema fan. But our favorites change as we bring through new/different blends ... Equator Espresso blend is really delish, too :) - Kat

Especially if it were degrees celcius. I wonder Kat, do you and/or Gail have a personal favorite when it comes to espresso coffee? Is there a big difference between. say, "Lavazza", "Illy" or "Zoka" as long as they're all espresso roasts? These videos are great. I only wish they were longer.
