I'm pretty sure that to get near the physical condition I was in the last time I played capture the flag, would likely require 2 knee replacements and 6mos rehab. Afterward, as I understand your not supposed to run, unless it's an actual zombie apocalypse.🧐 I think I have a few years on you. Perhaps I shall try those injections that help grow new tissue.
