Thank you for yet one more terrific lesson. I've been coding - or hacking - my way through web design etc. for years, having started out as a C, then C++ then C# developer - and always been mystified by these little details. Generally adding the odd !important whenever my definition didn't get chosen etc. This tutorial makes it all so clear - now I understand. Why is so hard in very big projects tackling css issues, even, if the popular frameworks, use local scopes and under the hood create unique names for css styles... where the specificity goes wrong....
