Watching this using my Xiaomi Redmi Note5

Like other every reviewers, you missed several good and bad parts:
* Redmi Note 5 has Dirac, a very good DAC for the headphone listeners that has HD audio quality, but was stricken down with a low volume output(global version), which hopefully gets fixed in MIUI10 (it works ok in china rom)
* Questionable support for Carrier Aggregation, i have yet to see LTE-Advanced connectivity with this device (the 4G+ symbol which exponentially increase 4G speeds on certain areas), it has VoLTE though and china model supports CA so hopefully its just an update away
* Full screen gesture mode similar to IphoneX
* Incredible custom rom support, unlockable bootloader which opens up tons of customizations
* Not testing the device using a proper quick charge 2/3 charger
* Opencam and other 3rd party camera app can go beyond 1080p
* Intermittent Bluetooth headset performance, it cuts off every now and then specially when they are on a bag or pocket

The camera in this phone supports it as I have seen other reviewers take 4k with this phone

I'm buying this phone in my next payslip. I went to xiaomi store in trinoma to try the phone, and its really good for its price. Definitely better than other phones in its range. And i like its UI.

A really bang for the buck phone. USB type c isn't a deal breaker, you can still transfer files normally and the charging time isn't that long.

Glad to have purchased this phone.

4k with EIS is possible with open camera app

The phone HAS 4k video! Download Open Camera app free on google play and you will be able to shoot 4K videos. Xiaomi has disabled the 4K in this phones standard app. Open Camera enables the 4k again. ...and for faster charge you need to buy a seperate loading brick. The one included does not support fast charge.

4k vids suffer naman memory mo. Wag manuod ng review ng iba para hindi ka gumaya. Kung gusto mo 4k download ka ng opencamera. Dun ka manuod ng review sa TechTablet nang matuto ka
