When I grew up in the 90s I never thought that I wud be alive to see the day when Gretzkys goal record wud be broken. And here we are..38goals away. Insane! Especially considering its alot more difficult to score goals nowadays, compared to the 80s..

Protas' work on the PK when his stick had broken and then rushing up the ice, , snatching a stick from the bench and almost scoring is the best play in the league so far for me. If he had scored as well, it would have been beyond amazing.

That guy was passed on by teams because of his weak skating and just look at him now.
