Dude, the way grey handles horror games. He’s the only YouTuber I can watch play these games because while other people are screaming in fear, he’s scolding the possessed baby about cleaning up the basketballs and is flushing the kid down the sh!tter

It seems the developers decided to make this game more of a dark comedy. It was somewhat harder to tell whether the developers were going for horror or horror comedy in the very early builds. Now that you can flush the baby & watch him get launched out of the toilet, shove him in the oven & watch him get launched out of it, use him instead of his tiny basketballs to play basketball (some people have had a bit of trouble trying to get him to go through the hoop sometimes as the physics make it tricky but doable), & also toss his little butt down a chute & into the abyss in the escape route so it's definitely NOT ambiguous about what it's going for anymore! Of course if they were trying to go for make it into more of a horror game then having some chases with other eldritch creatures along with the transformed demon baby might help! I think the original ending of the game squandered any chance of the player feeling sorry for the kid too since it KILLS your character REGARDLESS of what you do in the game! Some people can tolerate creepy kids in fiction as long as they're NOT murderous after all! Some people might also like dressing the kid in costumes as well. I think some people liked putting a pumpkin mask or something like that on his head when that was added for Halloween. Some people thought the kid looked creepier that way!
