0:37 Just for the record... Corvette may have still been on sale in the year of 1983. But there was NOT ONE SINGLE Vin # on a Corvette in 1983...
There were no production Corvettes in 1983 because Chevrolet was transitioning to a completely redesigned Corvette model (the C4 generation) and the new design was not ready for production until early 1983, so they decided to skip the 1983 model year entirely and start selling the new Corvettes as 1984 models instead, due to quality control issues and delays in development.
