▶Honesty to the point of being awkward: It is our pledge to be as open as possible and always let you know of any relationship we have with any seller or manufacturer. All opinions expressed are entirely our own. When we make a video we will discuss issues with sponsors but we do not allow editorial edits. We will only make changes to our video based on incorrect factual information. Furthermore, we do not post "Ads" on this channel". If we feature a product it's because we believe it has value! That value might be as a boat anchor and if so we will say as much.
▶X-Ray Level Transparency: If a company has paid to sponsor a video we will tell you it's a sponsored video. If a company has provided free products for review we will tell you the product was provided for free. If a company pays for us to travel to an event we will disclose that as well. If a company has done anything for us in the past we try to always include that in our video if it's relevant to the topic.
▶Over Communication: If there is one thing I learned in business. Under communication kills! As such we strive to be easy to access. I try to read all the comments the first day a video is posted. I read every comment from anyone who is subscribed. I randomly go through other comments as time allows. My personal email is posted above as are our mailing addresses. I was the beta tester for that new 18 volt ratchet. When I was testing it out I complained about the paddle for a power button. I wish they would have went with the flush trigger like Dewalt like I suggested, but it is what it is. Using it with a large battery like a 4 amp hour made it clunky, but that thing really puts out the power. When I tested the ratchet, it was putting out almost 30 LB ft of torque.
It's out in the 1/4 and 3/8 line. Same torque for each one. I'm just not sure why someone needs 30 ft-lb of torque with 1/4, but it has it.
They have some more 4 volt and 18 volt tools that are coming out that are really innovative so sit back and see what comes out😊

The bucket top misting fan is FANtastic ! A camping group had two of these going while we out sitting around. Made a huge difference in comfort. I'm a Milwaukee fan boy but going Ryobi for this as Milwaukee doesn't have one.

Glad to see a company succeed with their promise to make their 18 volt batteries be used, and not make the whole customer base throw away their old batteries. go RYOBI!

My hat's off to Ryobi for making so many lifestyle tools with hybrid capability. They easily could've been dicks, like Ego for example, but they are giving us exactly what we want and for as long as they keep doing that they'll always have my business.

Thanks, Jeff, the Bear is the highlight of my YouTube videos. BTW, I know someone else noticed your shirt today, but I thought with your dog tags hanging out of your black t-shirt that "Papa" Bear joined the seminary. The Den of Tools following has begun!

I had no Ryobi tools but I bought their fogger for my garden. Direct Tools had it on sale for $30. I haven’t used it yet but it’s about time to start spraying my garden so, I’m looking forward to seeing how it works. No other manufacturers had one that was not super expensive. I also bought the little Inflator because I got tired of pulling out the compressor to put air in the trailer tires. I love the thing. It’s not as fast as the compressor but the time I save by just grabbing it and inflating makes up for it.

That 12v outlet is pretty dope. It’ll be great for overlanding gear

Many years ago I got a Ryobi set. The old batteries got more and more expensive, so I built a a FrankinAdapter that I can use my Dewalt batteries in the Ryobi tools.

Thanks for the video. About six weeks ago Home Depot sent me an email asking me to review the Ryobi mower I bought. I followed the link, typed in my comments and submitted the review. My review was honest, including some pros but mostly cons (as a former technical writer, I kept my comments clear, concise, and "professional" no profanity - ha) but Home Depot never published my review. So, that experience led me to believe that HD selects which reviews get published and which ones do not. This is just one reason why I do not put a lot of value in the product reviews published on their website. The good news about my experience: I just saved some time because I will never leave another review - positive or negative - at HD's website. 👍

Picked up the 30 deg nailer last month for a shed refresh project, even my friend who’s a die hard DeWalt guy was super impressed by the quiet yet consistent performance from my new nailer. Love! Want those new blue tooth speaker two pack for our outdoor space next.

Originally, I avoided Ryobi since the battery had that post sticking up, but i am won over. I cannot wait for Ryobi days again to get more batteries and tools. I have other platforms, but Ryobi is my main set of tools. As soon as these blue-tooth speakers are in home depot I am getting them. Thanks for this!

Love my Milwaukee and Makita tools but I'm glad I got into Ryobi as well. They've got some really good stuff that the other guys don't have and if you want to buy a tool but don't need to use it that often then Ryobi is the way to go.
I just picked up their stick vac that has a dual roller head. I don't use my main vac anymore around the house.
I've got one of those bathtub/tile scrubber things and it's a time and arm saver.
That misting fan works great. Got it last year to keep cool.
I've got the Airstrike pin nailer and it has never misfired. I recently got the M12 pin nailer and while it is smaller which is nice, the Ryobi pin nailer doesn't have the same kickback that the M12 does.

I was kind of disappointed that you kind of glossed over the vacuums. I have a One+ 3 gallon wet/dry vac. What's the new version have over the one I already have?

The ryobi 21° framing nailer is fantastic. I've been using it for a few weeks renovating a house and have been blown away by the results. I have mostly dewalt tools but my cordless nailer are ryobi (stapler, Brad, framing) no finish nailer currently that isn't pneumatic.

Gonna get me those fans and the speakers. I don't know why; I don't need them, but fans and speakers will fit in nicely with the clowns I play golf with.

I have been planning to pick up the original transfer pump. Disappointed to see even this new one is not well received. Thanks for highlighting that, Jeff.

Me: I don't need another speaker, I don't need another speaker, I don't need another speaker, I don't need another speaker, I don't need another speaker, I don't need another speaker

Bear: you can have up to 100 speakers at the same time...

Me: Damn it.

Also, it's about frickin' time they came out with the 18v power station.

Ryobi's stick vac is the best on the market and among the cheapest (all while having interchangeable batteries). It came with a battery/charger and I have an adapter so my dewalt batteries work if I need a backup. They have a few other tools I'm eyeing now that I'm in their ecosystem.

knowah.
