Best instructions video. Forget about reading the paper instructions that come with this product, they are very confusing and are missing vital information, just follow this guys awesome tutorial, quick and easy. I got stuck with my computer cause my d drive was almost full and wouldnt allow me to download it to my usb port. And also it basically has to download the wizard and then the launch program. The main problem downloading this program is your computer, must be a new one with lots of available memory . Thanks buddy your video helped me alot.

This site didn't work. The download is called Millenium. After I downloaded it never opned and I got an error message. I believe for the download you clicked on the top left of the choices where its describes which scanner models it covers. It just didn't work. I'm using windows 10
