The correct way should have been:
- Get banned.
- Explain the situation and get unbanned.
- Sue the magician and team for the damages they caused for being banned and loss of revenue. Also emotional damages and such.

What not to do:
- Kidnap a person and hold them in your house againts their own will.

Kai could have shut down the broadcast when he seen the stage and noose. He could have chose to not pull the cord. He then proceeded to say twice hes worried about getting banned before asking if the guy was okay. He then over emphasized if the guy was okay because he knew his initial reaction looks bad. When his friends were up in the room they were laughing for a while joking about... then it slowly turned to victimizing themselves and blaming everything on the magician... when its KAIS LIVE BROADCAST. The magician and production is in the wrong but ultimately it lands on Kai. If he wants to live on the edge and not know whats about to happen then he needs to take accountability for whats streamed on his live broadcast. After that they seemingly kidnap a guy then when they realize how bad it looks, they pretend to give him the option after swarming him. Then when the guy is gone Kai pretends like its some grand ploy to make the black man look bad as if they arent responsible for their prior actions.
