It's not on any of the 22 tracks of the album.  It is a guitar tune which I think was playing on your car radio or stereo player. I starts at 12:16 on the video.

I take it these are local folks wandering not visitors! When I went to see the flooding not far from where we live on Somerset levels. At Boroughbridge, they didn’t like people & sight seers coming to look unless we were actually helping. We got told to move on!!!

Yes Nick, I did mention in my first post,  that it was at the end of the video.  You must have forgotten but never mind at least I have the tune now.  I'm not too worried about the wind noise as I can hear the notes being played and I want to play the tune on guitar.  Many thanks for your help.
