Nice video; thanks for making it. You might want to check out Maker Pipe. They build connectors for EMT, which should last longer than PVC.

so why are we doing espalier or any training with support systems? Does it help it to fruit more? Tree looks nice and neat tho.

Do you leave them in the pot? I thought figs need 50 feet wide first their roots
