Ο Άγιος Νεκτάριος Αίγινας είναι ένα από τα μοναστήρια της Ελλάδας, που η φήμη τους εξαπλώνεται σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο. Το μοναστήρι του Αγίου Νεκταρίου είναι, όπως είναι φυσικό, ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους επίσκεψης στο νησί της Αίγινας. Μαζί με τις υπόλοιπες εκκλησίες και τα μοναστήρια αυτού του τόπου, είναι από τα πρώτα σημεία που θα αναζητήσει κάποιος να επισκεφθεί. Σίγουρα οι λόγοι δεν είναι μόνο θρησκευτικοί. Οι επισκέπτες του ναού, δεν είναι πάντα Χριστιανοί Ορθόδοξοι, αλλά σίγουρα έχουν μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον να δουν αυτό το μεγαλοπρεπές μοναστήρι με την πλούσια ιστορία.
