Apart from the cleanliness, a physical benefit is that it can reduce chances of catching a cold. We don't immediately fall sick when we come in to contact with cold viruses. It needs time to proliferate in the nose. Blowing your nose regularly will prevent that from happening (advice given to me by this 70 year old if we pray five times a day and do wudhu each time, we are blowing our nose 15 a pretty solid defense

Dear Brother I have a question please, the question is that I have had a life long bad habit which is nail biting, the only cure for me is to put clear nail varnish on and then I don't bite my nails. My concern is that my wuzu is not valid because of the varnish, so I go into depression because of missing my salah, what can I do please Help. Jazakallakhair
