Is outside a preposition? It can be termed as adverb in this sentence.

Mam, because of is a phrasal preposition and hence the phrase is a prepositional phrase

Ma'am jyada toh nahi pata pr ek baat clear ho gyi ki Jahan hum part s of speech main harek part ko padate hai ..toh wah separate hote hai toh Inka koi particular name hota hai pr jab ye combine hote hai toh unki ek family ban jati hai bas wahi phrase kah Lata hai jaise ki Very good friend - very ( adverb) + good (adjective) friend ( head word as a noun in nominative case) = Noun phrase
Ma'am galat ho toh please batane ki krpa karein.
