WHY FILIPINAS ARE SHY TO FOREIGN MEN ❤️

What is it about a Foreign man that makes a Filipina go from being very outgoing to very shy?
Most of us have heard of Filipinas saying they are shy or having experienced it first hand.
One needs to remember that when you are speaking to a Filipina in English (which is not her first language) she can start to get doubts about her ability to speak English or have proper grammar. She may fear people will judge her or she may feel simply she is not up to the challenge.
Are there any other things that may impact a Filipina when speaking to a foreigner?

As a filipina, i'm not fluent speaking english tht's why is make me shy to date foreigner, wht if he judge my accent, and if i don't know wht to say and not confident to my english i smile

As a Filipina, it's just about being conscious cause I'm not that fluent in speaking English .but at least I can talk. 😄✌

Nice video Peter, and one thing I love about filipinas is their shyness compared with the loud and over confident western women. The lack of confidence of speaking English to a westerner is certainly a big factor, but they also have a natural tendency to be more conservative in the way they act, especially the girls from the provinces. I love it when I find a girl who is still shy, and not overly confident. It shows that she hasn’t had a lot of “experience” with men, or western men, and I like that. It’s great to see them blossom and grow into the girl you’ve been looking for.

As a western (American) man, I can totally be gracious with this. I would rather have a loving woman I can understand and grow with than a loud, boisterous, combative woman who speaks perfect English. There are a TON of great men in this country. We don't act like the hounds of the past, harassing women, touching them improperly and other wrong actions. Many of us have been rejected over and over and over. Many of us have been through divorce court, family court and we were burned heavily. We do wish to have a wife though. This is where the need of PI women who want a stable, Godly man meets the man from America who would treat his woman like a precious treasure.

Totally agree with you Pete. Confidence is not a great strength for Filipina's especially if they are from a province. But they quickly warm to you if you give them time.

I think girls in the province are generally more shy and it can be harder for her to open up and speak in English. Normally her English is actually much better than she gives herself credit for. Interesting topic Pete and I always remember my tagalog is very limited and try to say a few words in tagalog.

Yes we are generally shy especially when we are coming from province. Yet as time progresses women are getting adventurous and risk takers so that’s a big change.

I think you might be right Pete. I see the shyness to speak English in my sisters in laws quite a bit, although now that they know me pretty well they don't mind, .. and really they shouldn't because really their English is much better than they give themselves credit for.

100% agree Peter, I've allowed my wife to grow as a person, she now runs the household & can quiet easily have a conversation with my mates .

My fiance has been in usa for 2 months. We have been together 6yrs. Shes still very shy but im telling you what i have never had a woman who was so caring and loving and sweet as she is. My heart will be hers forever. But she is homesick and only came here to be with me. Hopefully someday we can retire back in the phillipines. She misses the simple life more then anything in her country. Which i can completely understand.

I think part of it is because they think their English is not good and they can be embarrassed but usually it’s fine, spot on Peter 😉
