Dust chara has collected 9 frisk souls atleast and shes created weapons stronger than the real knife and can finish routes in mere minutes scaling her above normal sanes and charas

Canon Murder wins against the human, however, he never reached that victory, so the top tier is accurate. As far as I know, they are endlessly battling eachother in the canon story, in various locations and not just the last corridor.

He also doesn’t know or doesn’t care that Chara and Frisk are separate entities.. they’re just “The Human” to him. And finally… he never joined Nightmare, and they’ve never met. But Ask Dusttale said he’d rather fight to the death just to escape Nightmare than work for him, as he hates getting involved with other universes outside his own.
They did also say he’d get along with Horror but hate Killer… so there’s that :)

Keep in mind that Asgore is NOT fighting with everything he has when you fight him. He’s unsure if what he’s doing is right, and is only continuing because he believes that he has no choice at that point. He also lacks the conviction needed to fight Frisk at 100%. If we fought Asgore when Asriel’s death was fresh, and Asgore was still extremely mad about it, then we would probably have a fight on par with or more difficult than Sans.

Chara does not really appear with LV20 on canon dusttale since Sans never let frisk get LV20.
So muder Sans is basically #1 on the list because it would be impossible for frisk to beat him.

Tbh, In the Dusttale Canon is.more the Time were Murder does kill the Human even permanenyly but Player always comes back, theres Endings were.Murder doesn't get the enough Lv and Dies, Etc but its mostly in Murders favor tbh
And as a Fun Fact Murder does know Frisk, Chara and Player are Different but he seems them as "The Human"
