The Technology People at SW see automation as a holistic task and always have the entire process in mind.
Raw part delivery, loading of the supply in the storage tower, loading and unloading of the machine tool, removal of the finished machined components and their transport away.

Together with the storage tower, our robot "TopRob6" forms the central building blocks for efficient loading units. The storage tower and TopRob6 are linked to the machines via standard mechanical and electrical interfaces. A major advantage of the automation solution is the extensive freedom in the spatial arrangement of the individual components.

A linear arrangement is just as easy to implement as one around a corner, since the storage tower can be connected to any of the three free sides of a TopRob standing in front of the machining center.
