Texas sues Department of Homeland Security for voter citizenship data

Texas is taking the Biden administration to court over access to citizenship data ahead of the election, Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Tuesday night.

Well you can't vote without a driver's license in Texas or some form of ID issued by the state and to get a state ID or driver's license you need to take your birth certificate with you or they will not issue you a form of ID
