No pool or gym? no privacy fencing or gate? I know he said gated but where is your privacy from neighbours? maybe they are more social with neighbours but there a limit I want to share. A nice garden set up? fairly sparse no trees etc...The wine thing is nice but no bar. We didn't get info on appliances or pantry. I would rather have optional screened patio I don't eat with bugs. I would expect the pool to be already built. Cinema room is a bit small and no games room or study room. It is a good amount of space for a starter home but what do the kids do out there maybe a stables I don't know. Interesting no less with a few additions it could be better.

It’s very nice. It just seems you can see corners that have been cut.
And so much would need to be spent on this and after spending nearly 2mill who wants to be spending more.

Where’s the landscaping?
Where’s the fence?

I found the guest host to be thorough and comprehensive in how he conducted the tour. His demeanor is pleasant, and he clearly has an engaging personality. The only criticism I could muster is that he should have removed his shoes before walking on the carpeting. If you don’t enjoy this host or his tour style, that’s fine. But there’s no call for the rudeness of some of the comments, nor the mean spiritedness of a couple.

Great home I’m sure you still have to do your landscaping for the backyard and for privacy. This is a sick home for the price. The realtor said nothing wrong btw, my wife tells me all the time that she wants that pot filler when we are going to design or kitchen… Nothing wrong with what he said. So sensitive jeeeezzz….

This tour needs a professional videographer and the house needs a good staging. Dallas often has this type of flat open land type of lots. Hillcounty down south will have trees and views, a completely different landscape.
