At this price point...I expect to see a pool. Tiles are everywhere on this property no grass which will contribute to flooding. No trees which helps to filter the air and keeps things cool. Builders should be required to consult with an environmentalist and make developments considering environmental impacts before construction .

Why are the upper class estates so expensive in Ghana.
In the US a house can cost between 58.000 to 79.000 US Dollars even in the State of Calofirnia USA.
A developing Nation that sells houses beyond the reach of most Gh Civil Servants Is really Crazy and Mad.
Ghana as a matter of urgency must reform its economy for the sake of humanity and the poorest segment of society.
