I was at this gig. The FOH mix was nothing like this vid. The bass was high as it should be. The tone on this vid is nothing like the live tone I heard. This sounds flat and dull. The live tone was classic Mark King, , deep, bright chorus sounding E and A strings and Very transparent highs.

However, Pete Ray Biggin is far superior on the drums. I saw L42 here in L.A. last year and he was off the hook on the kit.

That bass sounds weedy compared to his Alembic or Jaydee. Sorry Mark. Dump the status!
