Thanks dude, I did exactly this and my camera (Which didn't focus close up) now focuses perfectly! Minus a weird tiny dot that won't go away, the camera is perfect now.

Thank you!!!! my camera has been complete shit for the past year due to a wicked dirty glass in front of the lens and I had no clue what to do about it. About two months ago I broke the screen of my phone and since I don't want to buy a new phone yet (we all know there will be a newer model this fall) I have just been living with it. it just so happens that my one corner where the whole glass panel peels back and pops out is this corner! I wasn't aware I could pop it out without causing damage. I just skipped all the beginning steps and pulled the corner of the glass back (which is held together by packing tape) and pop the camera out. I was FINALLY able to clean it and the pictures are looking amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!

cracked my screen trying to do this following this tutorial.  was very slow and gentle in my approach.  not worth trying to do on your own.

Pity i didn't sow your vid earlier cause i damaged the home button what makes the iphone 5S cheap. All the other I fix it well. Really I have missed your vid but life continues and I will keep the 5S, it works well and looks still as new.

For me just worked perfectly, just do it safetly, i cleaned with cloth for glasses and my camera now focus again, ty !
