I retired in my 40s with much less than 1 million dollars that experts say you must at least have. Move out of the city into the country where houses are cheaper and more land. Pay off mortgage and cook mostly your own food at home also have a partner who shares the expenses.

I work for a railroad. The car count has went down massively. Not because businesses are closed but because companys are having such a big problem getting steel to produce products. Steel will skyrocket. You may want to look into it yourself, then take a look at what happen to steel stocks in 2008. Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. Don't miss the boat
